Library to Upgrade HotSpot Lending Service
SOUTHBRIDGE, MA — The library is upgrading its HotSpot Lending Service with the purchase of five new mobile hotspots, funded by a Digital Equity grant from the Town of Southbridge Economic Development & Planning Department. The grant will cover both the devices and the associated internet service, replacing hotspots that were previously lost or damaged.
During this transition, the HotSpot Lending Service will be temporarily paused while the library develops a more equitable lending policy and a streamlined reservation system. More information will be shared ahead of the service relaunch.
